What is your turn around time?
24 hrs for all services with the exception of Saturday shoots, which are delivered the following Monday.
What is a listing marketing kit?
A listing marketing kit is included with every photo order. It features both branded and unbranded property websites showcasing photos, floor plans, property details, location, and agent info. You’ll also receive customizable social media assets and printable flyers to help you market the listing with ease.
How should I prepare my listing for photos?
Prepping for photos is key. Here’s a simple checklist to make sure your listing is photo-ready.
Do I need to be present for the shoot?
No, you’re not required to be there. Acceptable entry methods include: agent entry, seller entry, a lockbox, or a garage code.
How long does a photo shoot take?
Shoot duration varies based on the size of the property and the services booked. Most shoots take between 45–90 minutes. You’ll receive a more accurate time estimate after your order is submitted.
What happens if weather is bad?
Rain or snow isn’t ideal, but we can often work around it. Ground-level interior and exterior photos are still possible, but drone services are not. When possible, rescheduling is best—we aim to stay flexible, especially around weather. If needed, we can always return for exterior shots when conditions improve.
